The partner chooses a public, measurable goal. Preferably a number of women in a position, with a guideline attached.
Baseline
herAI.tech® counts the starting point. Everything is measured against it.
On the way
herAI.tech® checks every new woman in the target position and publishes the count.

Every woman who counts gets her own physical lioness. The goal is also the number of lionesses.

Earned Seat is assessed independently. Only levels 3, 4 and 5 lead to recognition. It is separate from the lionesses.

Every woman who reaches the target position gets her own physical lioness. That makes the partner’s goal visible.
Every lioness holds an NFC chip. Scan her with a phone and you land on the partner page, showing how many lionesses there are and how many are still to come. The proof can always be checked.
