Our story
Why we do this
In 2026, the board of The Innovation Playground decided to actively look for women for positions with decision-making power in all our startups and our own moonshot factory over the next five years. That made The Innovation Playground the first Power Shift Partner of herAI.tech®.
Rights are not a given. We see the position of women in society under pressure again, and fewer and fewer women at the board table.
AI is our foundation. AI is at the core of all our startups and of our work for clients. Whoever builds AI helps decide how society works. Today we are laying that foundation almost entirely with men, and that has to change.
Small, but close to the decision. Our startups will not become large employers. That is exactly why every woman at the table counts: in a small team, one voice shifts the balance.
