The independent body
The Advisory Council. Whoever guides, never assesses.
A Power Shift Partner promises a shift. These women independently check whether it is really there. They receive their mandate from herAI.tech® and talk to the women themselves: does she really have a say over AI? That keeps every lioness and every recognition credible.

What the Council does
- 01
Checking
The Council checks whether a partner actually does what it says.
- 02
Interviewing
The members talk to the women themselves: does she really have a say over AI?
- 03
Deciding on Earned Seat
The Council decides whether an organisation moves up the ladder. For level 5 it checks whether the place of women in AI decisions is anchored in the governance.
How the Council stays independent
- The Council falls under the independent body of herAI.tech®, separate from the guidance.
- The head of operations coordinates the Council: planning, files and reports. She has no vote in the assessment.
- A member who guides a partner or is connected to it does not assess that partner.
